Tech Data Singapore Solutions Day Showcases Advancements Towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution

SINGAPORE – 04 September 2018 – Tech Data (Nasdaq: TECD) today announced that it held its first Tech Data Solutions Day in Singapore to enable partners to gain substantive insights into the opportunities that lie within the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The conference provided a starting point for information architects looking to create IT infrastructure supporting analytics and Internet-of-Things (IoT) use-cases. One of the main highlights of the conference was the TECH DX Demo, which showcased how computers are able to visually identify objects in the real world accurately, in almost real time.
